Kate

Having worked in Lakeside as a Retail Manager, I took a break when I had my children and was self employed, helping my husband with our own business.  I began working for Louise in 2012, initially as Pink Flamingo Manager, then spent some time in Starfish, but for the last couple of years I’ve been managing Just Shoes.  The business has been in Whitstable for over thirty years and we have very loyal and lovely customers, whom I love helping.  We stock such good quality brands, you always have every confidence when giving people advice and seeing familiar faces return time after time is a pleasure. 

Charlotte

I started working for Louise in May, 2023. The time has flown by, as my fabulous colleagues settled me right into the role from first introduction... they really are a lovely team to work with! Much nicer than my previous co - workers... cows. I mean real cows! I worked within the farming industry for a few years before deciding my interests lay in fashion... not farming. I became a stylist for All Saints, then quickly realised the commute wasn't for me- so started working in Just Shoes. I truly love working here. We have a multitude of lovely, regular customers, a great working atmosphere and I get to look at beautiful shoes all day!

Ruth

Having worked in architecture and interior design for 20 years, I have a passion for design and being creative - whether that’s what’s inside your house, your local pub or what's on your feet! I’m a local girl running my own architectural design practice but I also love SHOES! What better way to enjoy a bit of everything I love in life from design through to shoes. Such wonderful girls to work with in such a fabulous place I’m proud to call home. Just wish I’d joined you fabulous ladies sooner!
